So this was actually the first time I’ve ever made cheesecake and it turned out a lot better than I thought it would! Yay. And per usual, when I bake something I consider (somewhat)successful I like to photo blog, so here’s my journey with my Cup-Cheesecakes! Enjoy!
Disclaimer: the pictures are REALLY BAD quality. I grabbed the closest thing I had, which happened to by my cell.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (250g) Cream Cheese pkgs
- 15 Oreo Cookes
- 1/4 cup sugar
mix your sugar and cream cheese together until well blended. this process is much easier and faster if you have an electric blender. I used a spoon, took FOREVER!
once you’re done mixing, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

line the bottoms of your cups with a single Oreo cookie. once that is completed, fill the cups evenly with batter.
once your oven has reached 350 degrees, set a timer for 20 minutes.
now bake!

and voila! Let your cupcakes sit overnight (in the fridge) before decorating.
I unfortunately didn’t get a picture of the cookie crumbs, but here is the melted chocolate chips transferred into a bag for easy decorating!
this is your final product, or how it should look.
Now go and try your own Cup-Cheesecakes and let me know how it goes! Happy cooking!
